About the event
Tickets are $30 and covers THREE people!
Families will learn breathing techniques, a variety of fun poses to stretch and strengthen the body and most important, laugh and have fun! This event is for all people and all ages and is accessible for all. All props including chairs if needed and yoga mats will be provided.
