About the event
A time to surrender. Session will begin with 60 minutes of Gentle and Restorative Yoga with intuitive reiki, and end with 60 minutes of Savasana Sound Journey with intuitive reiki. Sound Journey is offered floating in the yoga hammocks or in a restorative posture without the hammock. Hammock spots are limited to the first 5 to register. Pre-registration is required.
